Group Sessions

GROUP SESSION SUMMER SERIES IS SOLD OUT!! Please check back August 2020 for Fall Session Info.

When I created these group sessions there were a few things that were SO important to me. I wanted my participants to feel like this was a SAFE and judgement-free zone for them to express themselves. I also wanted to cultivate a sense of community all while fostering personal growth and empowerment.

What PAST Participants are saying…

“Lisa is so warm, welcoming and has a way of making you feel seen, heard and understood. The support she gave me throughout the entire 6 weeks was unbelievable. From our video chats to the Facebook group, she led us all through working on specific challenges of being a mom.”

“Lisa was great in our group sessions. Each session flowed easily in terms of topic of discussion. Lisa not only provided us with her own advice, but also encouraged the other moms to chime in with their advice too, so that we received multiple perspectives. This to me, was invaluable. Thank you Lisa!”
